Adobe Express A-List Festival Women's FA Cup and Social Share Contests

Women's FA Cup Contest

The competition is being run by Adobe Systems Europe Limited (“Adobe”) registered in England & Wales under company number SC101089 having its place of business at C/O Eq Accountants Llp, 14 City Quay, Dundee, United Kingdom, DD1 3J.

Eligibility 
The ‘Adobe Express Creative Campus A-list Competition’ (the “Promotion”) is open to all in-person attendees (a “Participant/s”) of the Adobe Express A-List Festival, which is open to students at Higher Education Institutions in the UK and held on Thursday 13th March 2025 from 18:00 until 22:00 at “Drumsheds” event venue, 6 Glover Dr, London N18 3HF. 

Ineligible Participants 
No one who is an employee or independent contractor, officer, or director of Adobe, or any of Adobe’s agents, Adobe’s Interns, representatives, advertising, promotion, publicity and fulfilment agencies, legal advisors, successors and assigns, and any other company or person that is involved with the production, design, execution, administration or distribution of this Promotion, is eligible to enter or win, nor is anyone who lives with (whether or not related), or who is an immediate family member of, any one of the Released Parties (i.e., parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside).   

Participation Requirements 
No purchase is necessary in order to enter the competition. There is no fee charged to enter into this competition providing that each Participant meets the following requirements:  
- Is a resident of the United Kingdom; 
- Is aged 18 years or older; and 
- Is enrolled at a UK Higher Education Institution
- Is an attendee of the Adobe A-List Festival 
- Has an ac.uk email address 
- Has downloaded the Adobe Express App on their mobile phone  
- Logs into the Adobe Express App using their university ac.uk email address  
- Has access to a mobile phone Has access to the internet  
- Need to have push notifications enabled for their Adobe Express mobile app

Participation in the Promotion is subject to and implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Adobe reserves the right to refuse participation in the Promotion to a Participant that has not complied with these terms and conditions, has tampered with the operation of the Promotion, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Adobe, the Promotion, or any other entrant.

Opening/Closing Date & Time 
The Promotion opens at 18:00 GMT on 13th March 2025 and closes at 20:00 GMT on 13th March 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize winner Selection 
The Winner will be selected at random by Adobe following submissions of entries to alist@adobe.com 

Competition Winners’ Process 
A-List Festival attendees who have downloaded the Adobe Express app on their mobile using their university ac.uk email account will be invited to participate at the event in the Women’s FA Cup activation zone.

The student who claims the prize will need to share their details with Adobe, in strict compliance with all GDPR prevailing legislation as stated in Clause 1 of the Miscellaneous Terms below, in order to contact them to claim their prize.  

The winner will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period via email at the same email address attached to their Adobe Express app credentials, upon receipt of which the winner will be invited to claim their two tickets to the prize match. 

Prize winners will have 72 hours following contact from Adobe to claim their Prize. Failure to claim their Prize within 72 hours may result in the Prize winner forfeiting the Prize entirely. Adobe will follow up with the prize winner and share more information regarding the prize details.  

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Adobe, at their sole discretion, will be binding and incontestable.  

By participating in Promotion, Participants consent to giving their details to Adobe for the purposes of contacting them in the event that they are winners and for the purposes of issuing the Prize. 

By accepting a Prize, Participants will be offered a Statement of Use in compliance with GDPR to the use of their names, counties of residence, likeness or Prize information for promotional and other reasonable purposes by Adobe without further payment, except where prohibited by law. The Winner may elect to participate in Adobe’s reasonable marketing and promotional activities. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non winners will not be notified.  

The Prize
One winner will be selected during the A-List Festival event, and receive one pair of tickets to the Women’s FA Cup Final match, to be held on 18th May 2025 at London’s Wembley Stadium, HA9 0WS. 

How to participate 
To participate in the Promotion, each participant must, within the Promotion Period complete one or all of the following actions: 
- Sign up to Adobe Express using their University ac.uk email address  
- Download the Adobe Express mobile application  
- Scan a QR code to open the Women’s FA Cup template image
- Use the Remix function on the Adobe Express application to edit the Women’s FA Cup template image
- Invite alist@adobe.com to the edited design 

Results are monitored and recorded solely by Adobe and under their discretion.   

Miscellaneous

Privacy Notice: All information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be treated in accordance with these terms and conditions, in full compliance with all prevailing GDPR legislation and Adobe’s Privacy Notice

Waiver of Liability: Adobe will not be responsible or liable for: (i) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond their reasonable control; (ii) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (iii) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond their reasonable control; or (iv) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. 
3. General Release: By participating in the Promotion you release Adobe and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agencies, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, except as prohibited by law. 
4. Amendment: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adobe reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the Promotion at any time, in its sole discretion.

6. Governing law.
